We are here to ease the stress and hassle of applying for a visa. Visas are issued by the embassies of the destinations to which you will travel, and to obtain one, it is necessary to prepare what we call the “Embassy File”. Many of the embassies require that the documents submitted in support of the visa be translated into English.

As practice has shown, very few Albanian citizens know how to fill in and properly prepare visa documentation. Despite the fact that the websites of the embassies publish a list of documents that must be completed, a number of questions arise with the registration, completion and preparation of documents. There are certain rules regarding the completion of visa application forms and their translation into English or any other prescribed language. The correct execution of all the necessary documents and their timely submission to the embassy is the key to obtaining a visa. Do not forget that the decision-making with the issuance of any type of visa you apply for depends only on the Embassy to which you apply!

Failure to complete the application correctly or lack of necessary documentation may lead to visa rejection.
